Kelly Wilkinson, LPCC

Kelly Wilkinson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. She has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, outpatient settings, school based settings and crisis work in the communities. Kelly is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kelly’s areas of clinical expertise include trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Kelly believes in providing a safe place and meeting people where they are at to offer support and healing through an individualized approach. Kelly works to empower her clients by providing support, teaching coping skills and other strategies for emotional wellbeing and healthy relationships. Through Kelly’s experience, she has developed an eclectic approach and believes in meeting patients where they are at, by using compassion, creativity and humor in her work. Kelly utilizes a strength based approach in therapy, often with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques included.
