He has experience in using a wide range of therapeutic techniques, so that the most effective therapeutic approach can be utilized in addressing each client’s unique set of circumstances and presenting problems.

Mr. Stewart has extensive experience in conducting psychological evaluations. Evaluations provide information that can be useful in making accurate diagnoses and developing appropriate treatment plans. A variety of objective and projective psychological tests are used in completing these evaluations.

Amanda is in the process of becoming certified in EMDR. Using a pragmatic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy she is able to work collaboratively with the client to help them achieve mental wellness.

Amanda believes in the use of humor, realism, and building a safe therapeutic relationship to help facilitate change. She has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, outpatient settings, school based settings and crisis work in the communities.

Kelly is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kelly’s areas of clinical expertise include trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Kelly believes in providing a safe place and meeting people where they are at to offer support and healing through an individualized approach. Kelly works to empower her clients by providing support, teaching coping skills and other strategies for emotional wellbeing and healthy relationships. Through Kelly’s experience, she has developed an eclectic approach and believes in meeting patients where they are at, by using compassion, creativity and humor in her work. Kelly utilizes a strength based approach in therapy, often with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques included.
